Returns & Exchanges
At Froy, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on most furniture and decor items. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts and securely attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of the carton.
- 3.Ship the Item
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces through our logistics partner.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
